Midtown at BullStreet Community
KBI is partnering with Connelly Builders and Development for their new project located in the BullStreet District of Columbia, South Carolina. This area, close to Segra Park will soon the be home to 72 garden-style apartments and 18 townhomes! This will deliver 90 affordable units to citizens whose income falls within 20% - 70% of the Area Median Income.
Haven at Palmer Pointe
KBI is partnering with M.B. Kahn Construction and Columbia Housing Authority for the development of The Haven at Palmer Pointe. The Haven is a 150-unit community located on Carter Street in Columbia, South Carolina. This project will feature one-bedroom units designed for senior residents.
I-20 Emergency Bridge Repair
Just a few days before Christmas, KBI had the opportunity to partner with South Carolina Department of Transportation, The Lane Construction Corporation, United Infrastructure Group and many more to successfully repair and reopen the Interstate 20 Wateree River bridge in Camden, South Carolina. Crews worked around the clock and were able to successfully have the bridge opened back to the public in a little over 48 hours.
